Jesse is a 1-week-old female tortie Domestic Shorthair cat. She was brought to Dallas Animal Services on June 16, 2026. As a very young kitten, Jesse spends most of her time sleeping and nursing from her mother. She would require a warm, quiet environment away from loud noises or disturbances. At this age, she cannot regulate her body temperature and needs constant warmth. She would need regular feeding every few hours and help stimulating elimination. Domestic Shorthair cats tend to be adaptable, but Jesse would need specialized care during her early weeks. Jesse is currently housed at Dallas Animal Services in Dallas, Texas.
