Rocky is a 5-year-old male Jack (Parson) Russell Terrier with a brown and white coat. At 5 years old, Rocky is an adult dog past the intense puppy stage. This terrier breed typically requires vigorous daily exercise to manage high energy levels. Jack (Parson) Russell Terriers often possess strong hunting instincts and a natural drive to dig. He may enjoy activities that challenge his intelligence and provide ample mental stimulation. Consistent training works best for dogs that display determined and independent traits. These dogs generally thrive in homes where they can channel their focus productively. Rocky is currently housed at the Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department Eastside facility in New Mexico.
