Peter is a 9-week-old male Chow Chow with a white coat. At 9 weeks old, Peter requires frequent meals and consistent potty training throughout the day. Chow Chows typically mature into independent dogs with a strong protective instinct toward their families. Early socialization remains essential to ensure he adjusts well to new people and environments. Expect high energy levels that require safe outlets for teething and active play. His dense double coat will soon need regular brushing to manage shedding and prevent matting. Peter is currently available at BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions in Houston, TX.
